Cutting, chamfering, rinsing, and measuring are carried out simultaneously in four processes

Machine features:

• The workpiece is clamped with a single fixture from the beginning of cutting processing until cutting, chamfering, rinsing, and measuring are completed before opening and returning the material, saving time in the process of opening, feeding, positioning, and clamping after each processing.
• The special multi station clamp design enables simultaneous cutting, chamfering, rinsing, and measurement, and a single cycle time can complete the machining process of cutting, chamfering, rinsing, and measurement. Taking OD 42mm x 4.0t x 83mm (L) as an example, various machining processes such as cutting, chamfering, rinsing, and measuring can be completed in 4 seconds to complete one piece.
• The cutting, chamfering, rinsing, and measuring mechanisms are all combined on the same base, which is integrally formed. All installation and positioning dimensions are precision ground to achieve a machining length accuracy of 0.05mm.
• Fully automated operating equipment. As long as the size of the workpiece is entered, it will be automatically positioned without the need for manual adjustment of machining dimensions. If the material length is less than 80mm, manual adjustment of the saw blade position is required.
• Tool replacement is easy, for example, the chamfering cutter head with a tapered tool holder NT40 can be quickly disassembled to save time for changing specifications.
• Using IPC industrial computer as the operating interface, the graphical buttons are easy to learn and understand, and there is an intelligent saw blade specification and speed automatic calculation. As long as the workpiece specification and material are input, the computer immediately displays the optimal condition value for the operator to choose the tool and speed based on.
